Our training

Three courses, three starting points

Our knowledge of training in laser removal of make-up and tattoos is exceptionally broad. We have many years of experience in the industry. We are a leader in education in this field and proudly share what we know.

  • Training with a laser purchase

For people who have bought a device and want to learn how to treat their clients quickly and safely. The training is included in the price of the device.

  • Training without a laser purchase

For people who already own a laser device and want to learn how to use it to its full potential.

  • Eyelid micropigmentation removal

For experienced laser operators who have been performing pigment removal treatments for at least a year.

Included with the device

Safe PMU and tattoo removal techniques — with a laser purchase

PMU and tattoo removal with safe Nd:YAG Q-Switch technology.

The first day is for theory and for getting to know the laser: its systems and its calibration — which on-screen settings take the laser from its lowest to its highest output. Then we find the focal point and the safe distance from the skin when working with that particular device.

Programme

  • Day 1: theory, the laser’s systems and calibration
  • The focal point and a safe distance from the skin
  • Skin – pigment – laser: anatomy, histology, photothermolysis
  • Choosing parameters, complications and treatment planning
  • Practice: brows, lips and tattoos, 4–5 models per area
  • Carbon peel
Hands-on laser removal treatments — 4–5 models for each treatment area.

Theory module: skin – pigment – laser; basics of skin anatomy, physiology and histology, skin structure and skin types in laser removal; laser beam generation and selective photothermolysis; how laser devices are built and work; Nd:YAG Q-Switch and picosecond lasers in full; safety when working with lasers; installation, start-up and maintenance; choosing parameters — the spot, its diameter and the focal point; side effects versus complications; skin reactions during and after treatment; pigment composition and how pigments react to the beam; planning the number of treatments; carbon peel.

Practical module: hands-on laser removal — PMU on brows and lips, and tattoos, on 4–5 models per treatment area — and carbon peel.

    Magdalena Tkaczyk

    Trainer · Ireland

Owner of Permanent Beauty Clinic, which she has run in Cork, Ireland, since 2010. With her team she offers beauty treatments, aesthetic medicine, permanent make-up and various methods of PMU and tattoo removal — work that has been recognised and awarded many times on the Irish beauty market. Winner of many PMU championships, including the WULOP 2024 semi-finals.

“I am passionate mainly about permanent make-up and pigment removal techniques, so I specialise and keep training in these fields. There are fewer and fewer clients without previous pigmentation and, unfortunately, more and more badly done work. With broad knowledge you can achieve beautiful results without trauma to the skin or the client.”

Attention to detail, precision and practice are the key to success — and she applies them in her training in hairstroke brows and safe laser removal of tattoos and PMU.

After two years of testing devices (on myself too, of course), digging into the subject, watching the market and learning — we did it… They showed me that permanent make-up and tattoos can be removed without traumatising the skin. Great equipment, great training, both online and in person.
