Product description
The CO₂ laser emits a wavelength of approx. 10 600 nm, which is very strongly absorbed by water — the main chromophore of tissue.
In the fractional (ablative) version, the energy is not “poured” evenly over the entire surface; instead it creates microcolumns of ablation — microscopic “wells” of vaporised tissue — surrounded by a zone of thermal coagulation (denaturation of proteins, above all collagen). Between these columns, intact tissue remains, which serves as a “reservoir” of cells and growth factors for rapid regeneration.
As a result, Gangsta Pixel CO2 enables comprehensive skin regeneration — from the surface to the deeper layers of the dermis.
